I am looking for fics where Justin goes to Dartmouth - but has not met Brian.
They meet later.

They may meet after Justin has completed Dartmouth...
or
Justin and Brian meet while Justin is home on break - like gaedhal's Angel Stream.

The main thing is that they don't meet before Justin goes to college.

I'm not sure what school Justin graduated in Chering and Fansee's Dominance, but he's an assistant professor of economics when he meets Brian.
