Googling "work inside out"+keewick took me to qaf_retread and the comm Memories took me to Keewick and Keewick commented when this entry was rec'd on Retread that it's also available on Paddies' site: http://www.queereyes.net/workinsideout_01.html

I just read it and it was beautiful. I didn't like the end to much, but other than that, a really good story, I never read before (which is seldom these days). Thanks for providing the link.
