It's Earthquakes and it's by bloodyrose82. There are five chapters and she decided after not updating for awhile it stood on its own as it is and not to continue it. It doesn't feel quite complete but the end of the last chapter can be an acceptable ending so it doesn't feel like an abandoned WIP either.

The fic you are looking for is Earthquakes by bloodyrose82 it is a WIP and so it is unfinished right now. I think I will find out from Rachael, when and if she is going to finish it. It really is a good fic.

Maybe you should try Pulse Point by xie_xie_xie. It's an AU that has Brian as an ER Surgeon, Justin and Daphne as paramedics, and the plot follows a shooting spree. Extremely good, very hot, and angsty.
