Hi, does anyone remember a fic where Ted and Blake moved into a new house or bigger condo or something, and Justin made them a painting for the house warming that he sent ahead to Brian, and Brian had it framed, surprising Justin and making it really from both of them?

For the second question, it's Keeping It Together, and the brain surgery is chapters 8, 9 and 10.
