Nope, it's not finished and as far as I'm aware never will be. I think the author no longer writes in this fandom (which is a great shame as it's a great fic).

Thank you for asking about this, and to whoever provided the link! Read and LOVED! Happily it's one of those RARE unfinished fics that was left at a really good place that's easy to imagine as the end (and only the beginning! lol).
