Since yesterday I can't reach the site of KINNETIK DREAMS it's been hacked.

Did anyone notice?

I still can't access the site from home. I get the message "You don't have permission to access/ on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use ErrorDocument to handle the request"

I have cleared my cache, rebooted my hotspot, and rebooted my phone and laptop. Don't know what else to do. I can access the site on my phone from work, so I figure it has something to do with my phone/hotspot service. I'm not having a problem with any other site. Any tech gurus out there wanna take a stab at my issue?

Nah, it's not just you. It was up for a bit, but it's been back to a 403 error for awhile.

Oh good (I mean, not good...) but I tried it yesterday from work and was able to access, then couldn't from home last night, then the same again today, so I thought it was just my home service that was the issue, so thanks for the reply!

Ok, I just tried to login to Kinnetik Dreams using my data plan on my phone and got the same message as last night, but when I connected to my company's WiFi, I got in fine.

Anybody???

Still not just you. I've cleared cache, cookies, etc. and still can only get past the 403 error once in a blue moon.

It's just weird. I can get on, with no problem whatsoever as long as I'm not at home. I even got on with my phone last night using my grocery store's WiFi while I was shopping, but as soon as I was in the parking lot using my own mobile data, bam! 403 again. I try at work everyday on their WiFi, get in fine, one second later, turn off WiFi on my phone and just use data plan, again 403 error. Turn WiFi back on, the site comes up like a dream.

Hello, All. We think we have all the errors caused by the hack fixed now. I suggest you clear your browser history one more time and then use this link to get on: https://kinnetikdreams.com/Adminftp/eFiction355/viewuser.php?uid=730

You may also need to delete any old bookmarks you had for the site as we had to move some files around and that may affect how your bookmark works. Save a new bookmark if needed.

And, if there are any further problems, please let us know. TAG
