Brian/Justin after bombing

I am looking for a story that I believe takes places after the bombing (could be wrong). Brian and Justin are having a conversation about how Justin felt that Brian was not there for him in the early days after his bashing and Brian was hurt by this. I can't remember any other details. Not sure if this is the right one, but I think it might be. I looked under the "justin finds out b came to hospital" tag for posts that also had the "bombing at babylon" tag, and I found this fic.

It actually takes place four years post-513, but new photos from the bombing have been discovered and the case is being investigated again. The part with the reveal about Brian's night visits to the hospital is in Ch. 10.

There is a slight similarity to Jane's "Inferno", only the conversation about Brian not visiting the hospital is between Justin and Jennifer.
Anyway, even if it's not the fic you're looking for, it's a brilliant one worth reading.

Edit: As for Justin in a relationship with somebody else and Brian fights to win him back , there are too many fic out there. Did you check "brian hurts justin & has to win him back" tag?

If I'm not mistaken, "Just Kiss Me" by 7wildwaysup, also has a scene like this in which Justin and Brian talk, but then Justin confronts Jennifer about keeping it from him.

It's not complete as of yet, but is already well-developed for a really great read!
