I’m looking for a fanfic where Brian and Justin vacation in Italy, specifically Capri I believe. later Justin paints the view From their hotel room in the bathroom of he newly expanded loft.

I think that's by Rizabeau (sp?) It's at least a trilogy.

I believe what you are looking for is "Caprice it is Part one of a two parter, the second is Ritorna A Me", here is the link to her Fanfiction. net page.

There is another story (the trilogy - Signed, Sealed, Delivered) where Justin and Brian vacation in Italy, but it is in "Caprice or Ritorna to Me" that Justin has painted their view on the wall of their secret bathroom in Justin's locked private studio attached to the loft.

BUT (big but)...any and all of Rizabeau's stories are great to read, full of angst, love and happy endings, the only problem is I keep feeling that "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" was always meant to be finished with "I'm Yours", at least that's how the song line ends. Oh Well!
