Try this one and see if it is the one you are looking for. It’s been years since I read this one so I don’t remember if Justin eventually lives with Brian but he is at Brian’s apartment all the time and Brian’s has a roommate Kevin who wants Justin and harasses him whenever Brian isn’t around. He’s a very obnoxious character and the one I remember most about the story.
