I know one where Justin and Brian have original character partners and move in next door, fall in love, and so it goes... It's Innocent Betrayal by Meredith, but it's not Michael and/or Ethan.

There are a couple where Brian is sorta/kinda with Michael and then meets Justin. But if there is one with Michael like you've described, I hope someone posts a link. I'd like to read that.
