Okay this may or may not be what you're looking for...

First of all I don't know of any fic with Justin having a son named Max.

But in Plumsuede's series BYBR ~ Beyond the Yellow Brick Road. Justin's friend Harper, has a daughter Amelia that calls Brian, Brime Kinney... But that is in the later part of the story ( ... )

I can't remember the name of it currently, I'd have to find my thread here but, I know there's a fic where J/B have a baby son named Max. It was an impreg I think and Mikey calls FSD on them. But J doesn't call Brian that though.

Could it be Full Cirle by BDeviled?Justin has a son with OC who died. Max was HIV+ and called Brian 'My Brian'.
