It is easy to get lost in the tags lol.

We have a tag for "b/j addiction issues." If you look through that for posts that are also tagged with "brian hurt or down a well" and "justin supportive of brian," it's likely to be just what you're after :)

Also, I have to mention The Things I Cannot Change by suzvoy. I don't think there's injured Brian, and no breakup (it's S1 AU), but in terms of Justin helping Brian through an addiction (alcoholism), there's no fic better.
