I haven't read it yet so don't know if Michael comes into it being jealous but there is "My Bodyguard" by confused_bliss. The summary says J is a successful rockstar with a stalker & B comes in as the best bodyguard in the business. 68k words ( ... )

Re: #2, I have no specific suggestions off the top of my head, but you could go through the "pairing: justin/other w/ emo attachment" tag and look for ones also tagged "reunion fic" and/or "brian hurts justin & has to win him back."
