I know what you mean about Brian being a father - I always found it a bit unlikely that he'd ever have agreed to giving Linds a child. In fact, if you don't mind a bit of self-publicity, in my current fic The Dog Star Brian refused to give his sperm and Linds has a child, Abraham, by an anonymous donor. I don't know if it's the kind of thing that would appeal to you - it's all written from Brian's POV and it's still a WIP, although I update pretty regularly - but in it Brian is the one who wants a relationship while Justin is the one doing the running.
