You can have fanfiction.net stories converted to PDF and emailed to you using this site:

http://storymaster.the-code-monkey.com/story-master-v-2-0-beta/

I love it! I only read on my Kindle and I use it all of the time! :)

As for your, "can not copy anything from Fanfiction.net"... have u tried this:
http://getithere.livejournal.com/2109845.html?thread=14989205#t14989205

I'm on an older mac laptop & it works great for me at FF.net. U have to do a single chapter at a time tho it goes very quickly as u only have to "highlight" the 1st sentence (even tho it won't show as highlighted) & continue highlighting/scrolling upwards until something (any 1 thing) shows highlight, click copy, then it will paste in the FULL chapter!! Try it. It may work 4 u as well.

Thank you, my dear!
Again you are my lifesaver.
I actually have many difficulties to translate the stories I want to read. My notbook is the Paleolithic period and does not help much me being a digital illiterate.
My interest is only to QAF stories and now, with your suggestion, I copy only the stories that interest me and that's great!
And when I want the stories of an author, I can use the site suggested by kellankyle.
You are also among my favorite people.
A big hug and thank you. Fatima.

I just looked now at https://www.fanfiction.net/s/9347880/1/THE-DOG-STAR and see that it's 52 chapters! That would be quite a chore c+ping so obviously kellankyle's method seems best for this. But, I just tried it on chapter 1 anyway... started "highlighting" at the end of the 1st line, which is, "Say It!", up thru the authors note to the 'Next' button* (the 1st thing that showed with blue highlight), copied, and the whole chapter 1, right thru "TBC", pasted in on a word type page (.rtf TextEdit page for me).
If this works for you tho it's absolutely great for shorter fics. If not & you're on 'Microsoft office', see halliwell66's 2nd reply at the same GIH link above for a possible fix.

* stop with the 'Next' button - if u let the 'chapter selection' box highlight, a list of all 52 (in this case) chapters will get pasted in. Sometimes I have to let the 'chapter selection' box highlight, then move very slowly to the right until just the 'Next' button remains highlighted.

Hello, my dear!
I followed the method suggested kellankyle to copy THE DOG STAR (what I could do. Yes!), But I will follow your method to copy smaller stories.
Thank you, my dear!
A big hug!
Fatima.

With story master…all you have to do is choose the option of "story" from the drop-down box from the FF.net link. Then you enter the URL from the main story page, put in your email address and you can get the story in PDF,mobi, epub and 3 others. If you have a Kindle you can convert the story to Mobi and email it directly to your reader.

I've had HUNDREDS of fics converted with this tool, which is why my Kindle is currently bursting with content. LOL

The only stories I've ever had to copy/paste were ones that didn't have a DL option.

Hello Kellankyle!
Thank you for your guidance. You are correct. This mode of saving the stories is the best.
I'm sorry it took me to answer you, but real life is complicated right now. You're still my favorite person.
A big hug!
Fatima
