I wonder, are there any stories where Brian and Justin have to marry each other due to some circumstances and later really fall in love with each other?

There's GaleandRandy's "For Richer or Poorer". You can find it here: http://www.midnightwhispers.ca/viewstory.php?sid=2749

I can't remember if they actually get married or just have to pretend they're married, but they definitely end up falling in love after... (Justin starts out as a hustler who Brian meets while on a business trip.)

You might have some luck with the "b/j pretend relationship/marriage" tag. There is also "b/j wake up married," which isn't them having to get married so much as getting drunk and doing it accidentally, lol, but has the same falling-in-love-afterwards element.

Be Careful What You Wish For by Thyme & Meredeth: http://www.mags-nificent.com/MSW/Collaborations/Careful.htm

AU where Brian meets dying uncle in Colorado. The uncle lives with Justin who is a friend. His will stipulates Brian will inherit money if he's married so Brian marries Justin to open his own advertising agency.

Can't think of any others off the top of my head besides the ones that have already been suggested.
