I just ran across two chapters of a mute!fic by Halcyon on AO3. I've searched Google and all the tags I can think of here, but can't find any reference to more of it. Anyone familiar with it? The premise is great (Brian and Justin are both mute teens who meet in an institution called Windy Hollow) but the writing is so, so stark and haunting. I ( Read more... )

That was written by alphabet_magic who wrote those lovely Max stories. She only wrote 2 chapters of Windy Hollow before she took down the story from her lj and sadly seems to have left the fandom. I wanted more of those adorable Max stories.

Thanks for the info. And I figured it was abandoned. Sad, but at least I can feel free to finish it in my head now! LOL. That story had so much potential!
