In Rizabeau's fic Brian sleeps with Michael although not on purpose (spoiler)Justin isn't in LA but he was away when he caught them, yet Brian didn't know that he saw them together. This is a great fic, its long and very well written. Brian feels extremely guilty about it and it ruins his friendship with Michael. Ben does break up with Michael.
