All I remember is that Justin was babysitting Gus at the girls' house, I think they were asleep on the couch when Brian comes in and startles Justin.

There was a scene in pocket rocket's Building Blocks (sorry, I don't have a link) in which Justin and Daphne were babysitting Gus, asleep on the couch, and Brian shows up.
It's an AU that has Justin and Daphne as part of a construction work crew.

Somewhere in scoobygang8's Truth in Advertising Justin babysits for Gus and Brian stops over. They end up falling asleep together on the couch and get caught by Lindsay. In a totally cute way.

LOL, I thought of Truth in Advertising immediately when I read the request, but in skimming through the fic was somehow unable to find the scene. I suck.

It's a sin to skim a fic that good, anyway :)
