Brian thinks his cancer is back so he pulls away from everyone but says "goodbye" to Gus then leaves. He eventually comes back to Britin. Claire helps him. It ends up being TB

As I have recently also come across a fic where Justin has TB, I decided to make a "b/j has tuberculosis (tb)" tag :)
