You can find some like that under "b/j secret relationship" tag. There's also "b/j meet a different way," but that's a lot to go through.

I love The Mask by Sian and Sydney Alexis. (Brian semi-retires and moves to Chicago to escape his reputation. He meets Justin in Chicago and begins a relationship with him. He keeps Justin a secret from everyone in Pittsburgh and vice versa. It's all threatened when his life in Chicago and his life in Pittsburgh collide.) It's available to download here.

Another one I love is And You're the One Vanishing by jule1122. (As the story begins, Brian has spent an extended length of time in San Francsico to establish a new branch of Kinnetik, and while there meets and falls in love with Justin--keeping Justin a secret from his friends. After Justin is bashed, Brian believes that Justin has died, and Justin is led to believe that Brian left him.)
