For #1, there's a very AU Ashleigh Kinnerson fic, Come Fly With Me. Brian and Justin are a pilot and a flight attendant, respectfully, and Craig and Jen are hilariously supportive (also happily married and quite oversexed themselves, lol).

For #3, I'd look in the "b/j homeless or on the streets" tag. It's mostly homeless Justin in there (if not 100%) and Brian tends to be at least as rich as he is on the show.

For #1:
Second Best by Meredeth and Thyme, an AU in which Brian used to date Justin's older brother. In this, Craig doesn't seem to mind that both of his sons are gay.

The Mirror-verse by besame_bj, a series which starts out canon-compliant, but then goes off in a new direction (early Season 2) when Brian learns that he has a twin brother who was given up for adoption. In this, Craig slowly but surely comes around, and he and Justin patch things up. I highly recommend the whole series.
