Have you read the ones in the Tags? There are four separate categories for this scenario.

One of the categories (Justin fathers child through anon sperm bank donation) doesn't have any entries, yet, because I don't know the details for that fic, but I remember reading one with that plot. Maybe someone else will have a link for it. There are several others in the Tags, though.
