Justin's love of junk food - canon/fandom; beta comm?

I'm working on a couple of fics and trying to stick as close to canon as possible. I've read a lot of stories where Justin tries to get Brian to agree to order pizza. So my question is: Justin's love for junk food such as pizza, cheeseburgers, etc., is it canon or fandom
