Fandom's appreciation of Justin's dick is indeed supported by canon. We get a rather nice glimpse of it's outline inside his briefs when Brian spanks him.

Well the Fandom should be showing Brian's appreciation for it, but apparently no one can point me in the direction of any fics where this actually happens. Well, yes, he did have a nice lump but who knows, that could've been all there was to it. Not that I believe that for a second. ;)
