"The Space Between" by arlad. Brian is the captain of his university soccer team. Most of the chapters have a couple of paragraphs with Brian training and there's a couple of scenes that involve matches being played. Unfortunately, Justin isn't an athlete in this one.

Arwensong has a story where Justin is training for the Olympics and Brian and Ben are coaching. It's called For Love of Justin. It's a work in progress, but is updated fairly regularly.

There was a fic, a long time ago where Brian was a baseball player for Pittsburgh. He then falls for Justin ... damn, I can't remember the title. Maybe someone else can help?
