This is alarmingly perfect. The end is just amazing and chilling and right.

And while the Doctor might be an alien, he's not alien. Not to Jack. is just perfect for the Doctor and Jack.

It is really disturbing. It disturbed me when I wrote it and I wanted to go back and do something with more gloss, but in the end I just - yeah, the disturbing is less creepy than if I'd tried to make it a fluffier thing - and a more respectful take, I think.
