I was out all morning, had to pick up my new glasses so I did a bit of shopping while I was out. Picked up a few bits in charity shops, several sets of clear stamps, a book of simple knitting projects - might be something I can make for next Halloween - some beads, and a couple of knitting patterns for Aran yarn. Of course, I don't actually HAVE any Aran yarn... Might have to but some since I fancy making a new Aran sweater or cardigan. I used to have a couple but, that was many years ago and I think they must have fallen apart, or the cream Aran yarn just got too discoloured. Lots of lovely colours available these days though.
Spent the afternoon in the garden, continuing my attempt to clear the top weeds off what should be a flower bed. I'm about three quarters done, but it will still need digging to get the roots out, and tomorrow is the last good weather....
