Folks might remember a news story about how Toronto's ring-and-post locks are susceptible to being pried open by a 2-by-4. I spotted this double-ring variation of the ring-and-post today at Bay and Dundas (in front of the Canadian Tire), and I'm wondering if this is the City's solution to the problem.
