Claire et al - As you three will be sharing a room for the three days do you want it under your name so you can sort out payment among you? I'm fine either way - just thought I'd offer.

Should be fine. Not sure what their check-in time is - I'll call in the morning and let them know to expect you.

You may want to go there first from the airport and use the free shuttle. Even if you can't check in early you should be able to leave luggage at the desk.

I will be arriving at the airport at about 9:30am on Sat morning so will get the shuttle to the hotel and walk from their to the venue.
