Vid Show -- Call for Vids

This is a call a) to attendees, but also b) to those who can't come but would like to have their names mentioned vicariously (and a tear shed) all the same.

I would like recommendations (and links!) to fanvids for the vid show.

Criteria for 2008:

1) Innovation -- while there's always room for old favourites, I largely *have*

There's also the BEST DOCTOR/MASTER VID EVER MADE, 45eugenia's "Angel", but the post is now flocked. I have a copy that I can upload, but.. what is the etiquette on showing vids that are flocked now but were public at the time I downloaded them?

I don't even know what C6D *is*, let alone have an opinion of it!

As far as I'm concerned, the rule is the same as for a book/movie that has its rating changed/is withdrawn from publication. The original copies don't get recalled. That said, my *etiquette* is that you don't hand it round, so maybe link me to it privately rather than publicly (a breach for sure), and I'll show it but not disseminate it? How's that for a compromise? Especially if it's THAT good, and why haven't I seen it?

Weeeeell, I don't want to hype it too much or anything.... but it's the hottest vid I've ever seen. Damn it's hot. It's got a sprinkling of porn, but that's not why it's so hot.

Other people may disagree, or maybe it wasn't recced widely because of the porn?

Are Star Wars vids okay? I've got one that I really love, but it's wmv format - I'll convert it to avi and upload it if the fandom's not too old skool. *g*
