Ok, I have to know...How did you do your bed "American"? I've only been to Europe once and the only thing I noticed was that the beds were more narrow. Well, the singles there are thinner than the twins here.

And I am really a Dean girl but you are so right., Jared looks amazing. I just want to cuddle up to him and run my fingers in his hair!

lol, I'm not sure if I can explain the bed thing because of all the words I don't know. Well, I've been to New York and Chicago and the beds there were differently from the beds in german. In Germany you have a thick cover lying on top of the bed and in the cities I've seen there are covers or linens or whatever tight around the bed and you're sleeping totally tugged in... did they make sense? Lol ;P

yes, Jared's hair!!!! I mean, who doesn't want to touch it once!!! ;P ;P

yes, only seven weeks!!!! ich flieg zum Köln/ Bonn Airport und bin gegen elf dort. Dann ma gucken wie ich zum Hotel komme und wie ich die Zeit totschlage, weil erst gegen 15 Uhr kommen wir wohl in unsere Zimmer

Wenn du später angekommen wärst hatte ich dich mitnehmen können, weil ich genau am Flughafen vorbei fahre. Meine Kollegin und ich können aber erst gegen 14 Uhr Feierabend machen. Wir sind dann wahrscheinlich so gegen 15.30 im Hotel, wenn nicht so viel Stau ist.

Sollen wir uns denn dann abends treffen? Also nur wenn du Lust hast. Kommst du alleine oder bringste noch jemanden mit?

Es gibt einen Schnellbus der vom Flughafen bis Bonn Hbf fährt und dort kannst du dann in die Regionalbahn nach Bad Neuenahr einsteigen. Dauert glaub ich etwas über eine Stunde.

cool, dann hab ich jetzt auf jeden fall nen plan, wie ich weiter vorgehe ;P ich wollt so früh wie möglich fliegen, weil ich ja noch nicht wusste, wann die ersten Sachen am Freitag passieren. Und der nächste Flieger wär erst gegen fünf dagewesen.

Ich flieg quasi allein. Zwei "Freunde" dreamhunter und cheshire_tabby kommen auch. die zwei sind voll nett und ich hab sie auf der Chicon kennengelernt. Kommen beide aus Österreich. Werden aber nicht im con-hotel übernachten, wenn ich das richtig mitbekommen hab.

Und ja, ich möchte dich/ euch auf jeden fall kennenlernen!! Ich bin etwas ... schwierig (also quasi ängstlich) mit neuen Leuten, also nicht wundern. ;P aber vielleicht können wir ja zusammen abend essen oder sowas? das wär cool :))

Also, you don't have sheets in Germany? I don't get it...do you sleep on a mattress with no cover? *iz confused*

god, this con seems to be the best one ever!!

lol, I don't know how to explain the difference propperly because I don't know the words LOL Uhm, the beds I know from the states have - to cover yourself - uhm the linen? then a blanket and then another cover thingy all tugged in. In Germany as a cover we have a thick blanket that is loose on the bed. Does that make sense? Lol, i knew I couldn't explain it but I was soo excited!! ;P

I think I'm getting it. You guys dont have top sheets and then a blanket and then a comforter. You just have one large comforter?

The most important thing is that you love your bed. I saw on tv once that we spend 1/3 of our lives in bed so we should put a lot of care into them. That made a lot of sense to me. I saved up and bought a huge four poster princess bed and then I saved my money to buy the very best sheets I could. I have 2 thick mattress pads and a huge down comforter. I LOVE my bed. It just makes me happy. My friends and family think I'm insane but I don't care Lol.

yes! you got it!! aww thank you sweetie!! It was definitely hard to prepare my bed the way I wanted too, but when I was in Chicago, I never slept so good in my life. So it's definitely worth it! :))

Who of my flist is going? Has anyone an idea how to get from the airport to the hotel? :))Me! *raises hand* Also, I happen to have an idea how to get to the hotel (since my house is like 10km away from it, so I'm practically a native, lol

I am also so jealous yet happy for everyone at the cons. I cant wait for auscon even tho j2 isnt there, it'll still be awesome. Omgsh ur going to asylum AND chicon!??! LUCKY!!! U gotta keep us updated!!

yeah, at Asylum Europe j2 won't be there either, but it's gonna be great anyway, I know it!! And in Chicago it's only gonna be Jared and not Jensen, but then again, it's gonna be Jared with Misha and that's definitely something I wanna see!!

So somehow, I have to get the money to do one or two cons next year since this can be over after next season and I don't wanna miss the opportunities....

and yeah, my bed is now made in the American kinda way, with top sheet, blanket and comforter instead of the German way with just a large comforter-thingy... :))

Yeah Im the same with you. Im actually really thinking about going to LA con next year. We have friends in LA and the flight up there should be too bad as I'll be on my dads consession... Its just them letting me go. We'll see.You will have so much fun though, I will too at Auscon as well!!

Oh so thats the american way? We do that here in NZ too. A comforter, devuet then sheet on top of you and a sheet coverng the bed below you. The german way also sounds like the korean way. My friend sleeps like that.
