i have that phobia too! but i think i'm worse, i even get uncomfortable when i'm at a restuarant with someone and they get up to go to the bathroom and then i'm sitting there alone. even though it's for like 2 mintues, i still hate it!

yeah i have that phobia too. but i decided that i was going to conquer it because one time i was hanging out with julia (bell) and she went out to lunch by herself and i was so impressed that i told her that i would do it at some point too. i still havent yet tho...

today maddie got up during our lunch and i was left sitting all alone for literally only 3 minutes but i was freaking out. its horrible and i dont think i have any chance of getting over it anytime soon.
