Have set up same name "kaeljo" on DW and will eventually reconnect with people. Right now busy taking care of ailing parent. Hugs.

I'm not sure about the vagaries of running Windows stuff on Macs these days, but...

If you decide to opt for the PC-only LJArchive, be sure to get the updated version (from 2012!). An LJ update back when broke the program, and a nice person from Germany paid a developer to fix it.
