Newton mistake is that he didn't know how the planet is created and by that he didn't realize that planet creation and motion are done together by the same one source- simply- the sun didn't cause to create any planet and for that the sun doesn't cause any planet to move- this analysis shows logical base but left us with puzzles to know (by what rule the planet moves?) and (Why is the sun found in the solar system if it doesn't cause the planets motions?) these questions are answered in the paper abstract and discussions.

That tells the light production process is done in chain process, the new light beam production depends on the old light beam and if this dependency is removed the gravitational waves can NOT move by the speed of light and No light beam can be created in this case
NOTICE No. (2)
We need to pay more attention for the importance of the motion by the speed of light- because the technique of the machine depends on the waves reflection- means- the waves can increase its velocity only by the reflection process - now the reflection causes to square the velocities- this is very important news why??
Because - If the waves move by speed of light (C=300000 km/s), the waves reflection will produce the value (C^2= squared speed of light) and from this value the light beam can be produced
Now - suppose the wave velocity is less than speed of light- suppose the wave moves by speed = (90%) of the speed of light= (270000 km/s) - the waves reflection will square this speed that will produce (0.81 C^2) which is NOT (C^2= squared speed of light) and as a result No Light Beam Can Be Produced.
NOTICE No. (3)
The unified wave (gravitational wave) do NOT produce the speed (0.99C = 297000 km/s) this speed can NOT be produced by the unified wave motion- because - the unified wave velocity is 205.8 km/s and by the first waves reflection this velocity will be squared and produce speed of light (205.8^2 x 7.1 = 300000 km/s) as I have explained- (means- the gravitational waves velocity is not increased gradually- the wave acceleration system doesn't use gradual increasing for the wave velocity- for that the speed 0.99C is never mentioned by the wave acceleration system)
The speed (0.99C = 297000 km/s) is NOT created by the solar system motion design at all- the solar system design produces the speed of light (C=300000 km/s) perfectly- BUT- this speed (0.99C) is created by Neptune negative effect on the solar system- because Neptune created interaction with Saturn and Neptune decreased Saturn rotation period from 10.84 hours to 10.7 hours and that caused to delay the unified wave with (1%) and by that the total speed is decreased (1%) and that caused the speed of light (C=300000 km/s) is decreased by one percent (1%) and that produces the speed (0.99C = 297000 km/s)- and this speed causes to create the relativistic effects in the solar system - the interaction between Neptune and Saturn is explained later
Here I want to say
The new light beam production depends on the old light beam production- the old light beam is created based on the speed of light (C=300000 km/s) and Neptune creates its negative effect on this speed with decreasing the speed with (1%) leaving speed = (0.99C = 297000 km/s) which creates the relativistic effects in the solar system and these relativistic effects include Lorentz length contraction effect with rate (7.1)-
I want to say- we have - two different speeds- one old speed equal (0.99C=297000 km/s) and the new speed equal (C=300000 km/s), the new speed is created depending on the old one because the unified wave velocity 205.8 km/s is squared and by the rate 7.1 the produced velocity is the speed of light 300000 km/s.

The rate (7.1) is used frequently in the planets data and we know this rate is found by Lorentz length contraction effect- but the solar system uses also the rate (7.1) in another form as following (7.1/100)+1= 1.0725 - please note- the rate (1.0725) is the most important rate in the solar system because 40% of all planets data are effected by this rate- let's provide an example
(28.3/26.7)= (26.7/25.2)= (25.2/23.4)= (122.5/113.4)=(97.8/91.3) =1.0725
These are the axial tilts of (Neptune, Saturn, Mars, Earth, Pluto and Uranus)
the data is one example of similar thousands shows the great effect of the rate (1.0725)
Now let's ask,
How can the gravitational waves move by speed of light? What are the details of the acceleration process? Where is this acceleration done, in what planet orbit? Can we know the gravitational waves velocity in each planet orbit?
The Reflection Of The Gravitational Waves
(The Energy Distribution And The Waves Acceleration Process)
The gravitational waves are reflected three times in the solar system which are
The first reflection from Pluto to Saturn
The Second reflection from Uranus to Jupiter
The third reflection from Venus to Mars
The waves reflection causes changes in the waves properties and data- but- the major change is the squaring of the waves velocity- because- this is the method causes to accumulate the energy and the energy accumulation is the method by which the sun rays are created (understandable planet motion energy is small and the sun rays energy is massive one- means only by the planets motions energies accumulation and storing can the motion energy be sufficient to provide the required massive energy for the sun rays production)
Let's see the effect of these reflections on the gravitational waves velocity
(a)
The unified wave velocity is 205.8 km/s and this wave is found in Pluto orbit and Pluto reflected this wave toward the inner planets-
In the outer planets there are 2 reflections (1st reflection from Pluto to Saturn) and (2nd reflection from Uranus to Jupiter)- we should consider these two reflections as one reflection only- (from Pluto to Saturn) - because - the two reflections work as one reflection only- this is happened by Neptune negative effect which will be discussed later- shortly- if Neptune is not found in the solar system- the outer planets would have One reflection only- the reflection process is repeated resulting the negative effect of Neptune on the solar system motion- shortly- here we deal with one reflection only from Pluto to Saturn- let's see the reflection effect on the waves velocity
In Pluto orbit the unified wave velocity is (205.8 km/s) -
The waves reflection causes to square the velocity as following
(205.8 km/s)^2 = 42683 km/s
Means the unified wave after the reflection moves by a velocity 42683 km/s - BUT
We know the solar system has relativistic effects specially Lorentz length contraction effect with rate the (7.1) while the reflection of energy causes to reflect the geometrical effects and by that Lorentz length contraction effect will NOT contract the lengths but will increase the length with (7.1) - as a result
The velocity (205.8)^2 will be increased as following (205.8)^2 x 7.1 = 300000 km/s
Means - One reflection only for the unified waves (205.8 km/s) causes the waves velocity to be accelerated from (205.8 km/s) to speed of light (C=300000 km/s)
This is done in Saturn orbit- Means-
The waves velocity is (205.8 km/s) in the orbits of (Pluto- Neptune and Uranus) - but this velocity is accelerated in Saturn orbit to be equal speed of light (C=300000 km/s)
The conclusion
The gravitational waves move by (205.8 km/s) in the orbits of (Pluto, Neptune and Uranus) and
The gravitational waves move by speed of light (C=300000 km/s) in the orbits of Saturn- Jupiter - Venus (the energy is sent from Jupiter to Venus directly)
Now we know the gravitational waves velocity in each orbit- that explains why the relativistic effects on data are seen mostly on Saturn and Jupiter data- because the wave velocity is accelerated in Saturn orbit to move by speed of light and the wave moves by speed of light in all orbits from Saturn to the sun
(b)
The last reflection is done from Venus to Mars
The process is so simple one because the gravitational waves reached to Venus move by speed of light (C=300000 km/s) and Venus will only reflect these waves toward Mars and the reflection will square the velocity and by that the speed of light will be squared and produce (C^2=squared speed of light) - and from this value (C^2) light beam is created-
Finally, the energy is stored in the Earth moon orbit between Venus and Mars where from this energy the sun rays are created-
We see Venus role is very simple one in the process BUT
Venus reflects the waves toward Mars and defines the wave motion trajectory and its angle- means- Venus defines accurately the trajectory through which the energy will be moving- this is the most important job in the solar system design- we will explain its importance with the sun rays creation discussion
NOTICE
The respectful reader sees clearly the process needs only two reflections and not three because
The wave velocity (205.8km/s) is squared by the first reflection and created the speed of light- means- By the first reflection the wave moved by (205.8 km/s) its motion will be accelerated to move by the speed of light (C=300000 km/s)
And the second reflection will square the speed of light to produce the value (C^2=squared speed of light) by which the light beam will be produced - means - no necessity for three reflections- light creation process needs only two reflections but the problem is Neptune negative effect on the process which forces the planets to repeat the reflection to repair Neptune negative effect on the energy motion (later we should discuss Neptune negative effect on the solar system)
Now we see how the sun rays are created and also we know the gravitational waves velocity in each orbit- Can We Discover The Effects Of The Gravitational Waves Motion On Each Orbit Data? The question is important because the energy is moving from a planet to another and that must have effect on each planet data- this is similar to a river passes through cities- each city life depends on this river effect on it for example some cities will use the river for agriculture- others for fishing other for tourism or transportation- each city is effected by the river according to its sources
Let's see the gravitational waves motion effect on the planets orbits design and data

First let's see the planets distribution
The three outer planets (Pluto- Neptune- Uranus) have great orbits- why?
Because the gravitational waves move by velocity 205.8 km/s in these orbits and the sun rays needs massive energy where the planet motion energy is so small for that the planets store their motions energies in these great orbits- the three orbits are filled with waves move by (205.8 km/s)- massive and huge amount of energy is stored in these great orbits in waves moves by (205.8 km/s)
And
The waves velocity is accelerated in Saturn orbit
The waves velocity was (205.8 km/s) and in Saturn orbit these waves velocity is accelerated to be equal the speed of light (C=300000 km/s) means each (1461) waves move by (205.8 km/s) will produce one wave moves by speed of light- that shows- the great areas are not required because the energy is used in the wave acceleration for that reason the planets orbits from Saturn to the sun are small orbits-no great areas are required- the energy is used for the wave acceleration -And
When the massive energy reached to Venus- it doesn't destroy the small inner planets and their orbits because the energy is used immediately to produce the sun rays means no need for storing the energy and for that no places for the energy storing instead the energy is used immediately- I try to show that- the planets distribution depends on the gravitational waves velocity in different orbits and by that the planets create their orbits in harmony with the moving energy

Second let's see the planets masses distribution
The outer planets have great masses but the inner planets have very small masses- why? because the difference in masses enable to accelerate the wave velocity in Saturn orbit-this idea is explained clearly in (Mass definition) in my paper definitions
The mass is used as a rate of time and the rates between the great and small masses aim to create the required rates of time and by these rates of time the wave velocity is accelerated- let's explain that in following

The wave acceleration details
The unified wave velocity is (205.8 km/s) and all planets see this wave velocity as (205.8 km/s)-
The difference is done by the sun because
(One Second Of The Sun Clock = 1461 Seconds Of The Wave Clock)
Based on that
The wave (205.8 km/s) moves in 1461 seconds a distance =300000 km- BUT
The sun doesn't see this period (1461s) instead the sun clock sees (One Second)
As a result
The sun sees a passed distance (300000 km) in a period (one second) only
That creates the different velocity = 300000 km/s (= speed of light) between the sun motion and the unified wave motion- means-
The unified wave moves relative to the sun point by speed of light (C=300000 km/s)
BUT- the unified wave moves relative to any planet by the velocity (205.8 km/s)
The sun clock causes this velocity (205.8 km/s) to be equal the speed of light (C=300000 km/s) that's why the light beam is created relative to the sun and near to it and even if the energy is sufficient the light can never be created far from the sun because the sun clock creates the required rate of time-

The Planets Masses Distribution Effect On The Rate Of Time
Jupiter mass = the Earth moon mass x 26000 BUT
(1461)^2= 2134521 = 26000 x 82
41 degrees = The Planets Orbital Inclinations Total -Let's explain this data
The wave (205.8 km/s) moves by speed of light (C=300000 km/s) relative to the sun motion based on the rate of time (1=1461) means (one second of the sun clock= 1461 seconds of the wave clock)
But the production of light beam doesn't use the speed of light (C=300000 km/s) But uses the square value (C^2=squared speed of light) -
Now- the speed of light motion depends on the rate (1=1461)
Logically- the squared speed of light depends on the squared rate (1 =1461^2)
The value 1461^2= 2134521 is created as a rate between the planets masses- where Jupiter mass equal 26000 the Earth moon mass and by the planets orbital inclinations help the rate (1= (1461)^2) is created
I try to explain why the outer planets have great masses in comparison with the small planets masses- the masses rates are used as rates of time to enable the wave acceleration and by that the wave can move by speed of light and then can produce a light beam.
Notice the rate of time creation and effect is discussed in details in the Explanation of the fourth hypothesis
Fourth Point (The Relative Motion Geometrical Design)
please remember-
The physics book tells the sun rays is created by the sun nuclear fusion- by that- the source of energy is the sun mass and the light beam production method is the nuclear fusion process-
My theory tells- the sun rays are created from the gravitational waves motions energies and the gravitational waves are produced by the planets motions energies- by that- the source of energy is the planets motions energies and the light beam production method is the relative motion between the gravitational waves and The Sun Point Of Space
Based on that, the relative motion is the mechanism by which the sun rays are produced - means- the sun rays is created by A Relative Motion- for that we analyze this relative motion deeply in the following items

Let's remember the motion trajectory of the unified wave (the gravitational wave)
Planet motion energy creates waves in the space and these waves move by its planet velocity- for example- Venus (35 km/s) moves in the space and its motion energy creates waves in the space and these waves move by (35 km/s)
AND
The Planets revolve around the sun in the same direction for that the planets motions energies waves move perpendicular on the revolution direction toward Pluto orbit- means- all waves move toward Pluto orbit
AND
In Pluto orbit the waves are unified together into one unified wave moves by 205.8 km/s = the planets velocities total + the Earth moon velocity.
Now
The planets motions energies total is stored in Pluto orbit in waves move by velocity 205.8 (I proved these are the gravitational waves)
AND
The energy will be sent to Venus orbit - means- the energy in Pluto orbit is reflected and sent to Venus orbit-
AND
The energy reached to Saturn before to reach to Venus- in Saturn the unified wave motion is accelerated- the wave reached Saturn moves by (205.8 km/s) and the wave left Saturn moves by speed of light (C=300000 km/s)- the wave is sent Now from Saturn to Venus moving by speed of light
(Notice we avoid the other details of the energy sending and reflection process )
The energy reached Venus in waves move by speed of light
NOW-
Venus will reflect this energy toward Mars- and the energy will be stored in the Earth moon orbit between Venus and Mars- the energy is stored in waves move by speed of light- and the reflection of the energy from Venus to Mars causes to square the wave velocity- and the wave velocity was = speed of light (C= 300000 km/s) before the reflection and after the reflection the wave velocity will be squared and produced the value (C^2= squared speed of light) by which the sun rays is created- this energy is stored in the Earth moon orbit
Notice the unified wave in the moon orbit moves by low velocity (relative to all planets) and the speed of light (C=300000 km/s) and its square (C^2) will be produced only based on the sun clock (the sun rate of time) that means the energy is stored in the moon orbit as moving waves and NO light is produced here - BUT
The waves energy are ascending toward the sun perpendicular on the moon orbit, till this energy reaches to the sun corona- and- in the sun corona the waves energy (motion energy) will be changed into light beam because of the sun rate of time - by that the energy is changed into light beam in the sun corona- means- the energy out of the sun is greater hundreds times than the energy inside the sun that's why the sun corona temperature is 5 million Kelvin but the sun surface is 5800 Kelvin only
Notice -that explains why the total lunar eclipse umbra= 1.392 million km= the sun diameter because the sun rays is created from this energy stored in the moon orbit

Let's ask- Can We See The Mechanism By Which The Sun Rays Is Created?
What's this mechanism? And how does it work?
The mechanism is (The Relative Motion)
A motion is done by 2 players (A and B) - the car (A) moves relative to the car (B)
In our relative motion there are 2 players-(The Sun Point Of Space) and (The Unified Wave) - Let's define each player properties
The Unified Wave (The Gravitational Wave)
This unified wave contains all planets motions energies total for that the unified wave moves by (205.8 km/s) = the planets velocities total
And these waves are reflected three times in the solar system which caused its velocity to be equal (C^2= squared speed of light) based on the sun clock- means- while all planets see this unified wave moves by velocity (205.8 km/s), the sun sees this unified waves move by (C^2= squared speed of light)- because this velocity is created as different velocity between the unified wave motion and the motion of the sun point of space.
The Sun Point Geometrical Design
§ We should suppose the space is NOT static but in motion and the gravitational waves prove that the space is in motion- by that - No stationary point is found in the solar system space
§ The Sun Point Of Space is a stationary point- but- this point is created by special procedures which are
§ (1st Procedure) The planets revolve around the sun and the revolution created two velocities on both sides of the revolution- the two velocities are equal in value and opposite in direction and by that the total be Zero- means- the revolution design creates A Stationary Point in the revolution center- as a result the sun point of space is created depending on the planets revolution around the sun.
Let's explain that more clear
§ Before the sun creation- the planets were found and they were revolving around one point of space (any point of space- the chosen point is similar to any point in space) the planets revolve around this chosen point of space and the revolution causes this point to be stationary point- let's see this picture clearly- the planets revolve around a point in space and this point becomes stationary point as a result for the planets revolution around it- while the space is in motion and all space points are moving this chosen point becomes stationary point as a result for the planets revolution around it - this point is similar to a vortex (or whirlpool) on the sea page- the vortex doesn't move with the sea waves but rotates around its axis and by that we can distinguish the vortex (whirlpool) from the sea waves-
§ Now the sun point of space becomes stationary point moves by Zero velocity (NO motion) but the fact is that the sun point of space moves by (1 km/s= Zero approximately) means the point is stationary (approximately)
§ (2nd Procedure) the previous explanation is correct but not complete- let's explain the full facts in following- Before the planets creation the solar system was one energy moves by speed of light (C=300000 km/s) - no planet is created yet- there's only one wave moves by speed of light-the solar system wanted to create a stationary point and for that- the wave (300000 km/s) revolved around a point in space- and the revolution creates two velocities on both sides, the velocities are equal in value and opposite in direction- the total is Zero- by that a stationary point is created in the revolution center- BUT- the wave moves by speed of light and this is great speed and the creation of stationary point its velocity is (1 km/s = Zero approximately) is a complex process- for that- the wave created small waves move by low velocities- why? because the low velocities will be used as steps to decrease the wave motion speed (the speed of light C=300000 km/s) to be stationary motion (1 km/s = Zero approximately)- these small waves are the solar planets- the wave created the planets to use their low velocities to decrease the wave motion velocity from (speed of light) to be Zero approximately (1 km/s)
§ That explains the equation- (205.8)^2 x 7.1=300000 - this equation is very interesting because the rate 7.1 is created by Lorentz length contraction effect for speed (0.99C = 297000 km/s) means the rate 7.1 is found by geometrical rule and doesn't depend on any planet velocity or motion-by that-whatsoever the planets velocities are the rate 7.1 will be used as long as the light beam speed is 300000 km/s - that tells- the designer knew the speed (300000km/s) will be divided by the rate (7.1) whatsoever the planets velocities will be, means (300000 /7.1 = 42683) the velocity 42683 km/s is the available one because the rate 7.1 is used based on the speed of light and not based on any planet velocity- shortly- the designer had 42683 km/s as the squared value for the planets velocities total and by that the planets velocities total be 205.8 km/s forcedly because the wave is reflected and the reflection causes to square the velocities- means- the planets velocities total (205.8 km/s) is defined as a function in the speed of light (C=300000 km/s)- that shows the design had place for the planets and the sun together in the same date but the planets were found before the sun creation with long period of time because the planets motions energies should be accumulated for long period to be sufficient for the sun rays production process- where the original design contains the planets positions and the sun position- where the planets were revolving around the point of space before the sun creation and the sun is created above this same point of space.
§ Shortly -the sun point of space is created to be stationary point moves by velocity (1 km/s= Zero approximately) and NOT to move by any faster velocity! But why??
(iii) The Relative Motion Analysis
Here the relative motion 2 players are seen clearly which are
(1st Player)
The unified wave moves by speed of light (C=300000 km/s) relative to the sun point of space and
(2nd Player)
The sun point of space which is stationary point moves by (1km/s=Zero approximately)
NOW
We need different velocity = speed of light = 300000 km/s
The unified wave moves by speed of light (300000 km/s) and can NOT move by any higher velocity-
Because we need different velocity = speed of light = 300000 km/s
That means- the sun point of space should be stationary point and moves by (1 km/s) and NOT by any faster velocity
In fact the sun point of space is the responsible for the sun rays creation- where the unified wave moves in the space and no any light beam can be created on any point of space except on the sun point of space because all space points are in motion and all of them move by velocities greater than 1 km/s and by that the different velocity can never be = speed of light =300000 km/s (CONT)
