Kraft is like a distinguished old scientist, very smart and scientifically rigourous, but not very innovative or exciting.
Cadbury is like an inventor. Lots of ideas and plans, lots of hands on work, and the focus is on getting it to work, rather than understanding every last reaction.
Also, I got along really well with the manager at Cadbury, whereas the guy at Kraft was more intimidating than inspiring.
And yes, working in a lab where the all pervasive smell is chocolate rather than vegemite does count for something!
