Great news babe, well done (and why is Cadbury so much better than Kraft? apart from the lolly thing that is..)

The companies have very different attitudes.

Kraft is like a distinguished old scientist, very smart and scientifically rigourous, but not very innovative or exciting.

Cadbury is like an inventor. Lots of ideas and plans, lots of hands on work, and the focus is on getting it to work, rather than understanding every last reaction.

Also, I got along really well with the manager at Cadbury, whereas the guy at Kraft was more intimidating than inspiring.

And yes, working in a lab where the all pervasive smell is chocolate rather than vegemite does count for something!

Hehehe.. fair enough! And sounds like a good decision, much better to go where you feel you're a better fit.

(I'm awfully jealous of course. If only there were lots and lots of industry-type jobs in paleo.. someone, go invent JP quickly now!)
