i thank you for such honesty, and such address of what you stated. i can not write much, since i know only so much and what i do know is what God speaks through me and not what i state alone. All i can say is thank you.

Unforgiven sin? Your sins cannot be forgiven, even if you are saved, if you aren't even sorry for them. If you knowingly continue the behavior that is wrong, God will not forgive you until you have repented for your sins. That is in the bible, not from my mouth. And you speak of Him living inside of you. If that is so, if your body is his temple, then how can you justify mistreating it with drug use? Many of the things you say are true, but other parts you are twisting for your own use. I think you need to search your heart a little deeper.

As Christians, I feel its our responsibility to strive to help our brothers and sisters in Christ. If we see someone who we deeply care about that is doing something that you know is hurting them, it is not only appropriate, but it is your job to point that out to them. It doesn’t matter if your newly saved or not. Who wants to see their close friend or loved one hurt because of sin? Therefore, your comment “Those same people, who perhaps not even days before, were scrapping the bottom of life's barrel... begin to look at those around them. They, perhaps feeling 'justified' or 'clean' now somehow feel more 'ok' about pointing out other people's flaws.” is quite opposing not only being a friend to another person, but being a Christian to them ( ... )

It is very true that Jesus was crucified in order to pay for our sins. It is also true that any sin can be forgiven-- but it is very wrong to assume that because a sin CAN be forgiven it will be if you do not see it as sinning. If we needn't repent for sins or feel bad about them, then why should we ever try to be good ( ... )
