Oh, how I love your Sam/Janet stories and this one was wonderful. I loved them being on the Hammond together. Nice change of scenery. I wouldn't mind a story from their time in the Pegasus galaxy as mentioned, so keep that in mind. *G* Neat take Janet being taken by Nirrti - that bitch. And Sam, so tough when Janet was being held hostage right in front of her. Her vow that Janet would be the one to take her hair down made me melt. So sweet.

And it's canon according to IMDB! ;-D It was an inside joke to her character on Jeremiah. She played "Erin" on that show, and "Major Gant" on SG-1. So on one show she only had a first name and on the other she only had a surname. So they combined them. I like to think it's the same person in different timelines. :D

And smut is always nicer when surrounded by a plot, IMO! ;-D

The bit where the ship lurched and Sam shot Peisinoe, then dropped her gun and zat him with her zat gun, just as Janet ducked at the opportunity--so hot. Well, Sam-in-action, mainly. :P

"Essji-on" was totally LOL. Good one. xD

I love how you factored in the almost inevitable resident idiot (aka Peisinoe) into this, just like how the show has one pretty much all the time. You know, either one person from some group/planet who refuses to cooperate, or an equally annoying N.I.D agent. xD
