I just spent 4 days at NHMS instructing with 2 clubs I've never taught with before. Sunday & Monday were with the Boston BMW club. I had 2 students--a beginner and intermediate. Wow, that's pretty special about the intermediate student in the Porsche. I'm vaguely suspicious of the "person I was sharing the car with did it" part too :)

I'd offer to attempt to fix your AC (short of a really catastrophic failure I probably can fix it) however at the moment I'm, on account of the eye surgery, not able to operate a motor vehicle and therefore not that mobile. If you're conveniently accessible by public transit, though, feel free to drop me an email and I'll see what I can do. This is a bad week to be without it.

thanks for offering! I did some debugging last night, and it seems to be a control board problem. I managed to figure out how to get it to flash the logged errors on an LED and it claims the 24V fuse is open, but it's not (I know I'm getting 24V elsewhere).

Hope your eye keeps on the road to recovery!
