That looks quite disturbingly tidy actually...

This is what happens after Team Waste have swept through the area, eating and drinking anything in their path. Think locusts, but older and more cunning.

Oh, and the UFO top left is actually an old piece of selotape on the study window. In case you were wondering.

We're quite advanced out here in Wales, you know. We've got electric lights and everything these days.

How was your Bank Holiday thing? You missed an excellent if slightly damp Summer Camp.

Remarkable what they can do. I confess I had been reading about how cellphone technology & wireless Internet access was facilitating the spread of telephony in the Third World, and here it is, true!

But still, almost exactly 6yr between opening an LJ & posting to it for the first time must be some kind of record. :-)

I'm very well! I was just flicking through perlmonger's TWSC photos yesterday and feeling all nostalgic for it...

We've got running water, too. Rather too much of it, currently, actually. Additionally, and I would contend that this is the clincher, we have schools and a health system that still works, as we sit watching England sink into the sunset. Still, no doubt we'll follow in a few years, so I shouldn't be too smug.

6 years? Barely even trying. I should have held out for double figures.

Be great if you can make it out here one year, haven't seen you for far too long.
