OOC: Apologies and Excuses

I want to apologize to the people I've abandoned on unfinished threads. I've been fighting the Cold From Hell for about a week now, and it's determined to win. If I can rouse the energy and brainpower to do so, I'll try and catch some tags today. Otherwise...hopefully tomorrow.

Do you like? It's not as intricate or interesting as alot of them out there (and I love yours, btw), but with the time and skill I've been able to invest lately, it's the best I could come up with. I think I like it, though -- I imagine I'll probably keep it. :)

The one thing I need to do to finish off Kiki's layout is ping JonCraneMun and find out how she did those nice links-using-icon-images on Wilson's page. I've been meaning to email her to ask, because I've fussed with all the settings and I haven't yet figured out how to do it.

What style did you use?

And I'd love to add some more bells and whistles myself, like the link graphics you mention. When I get feeling more ambitious, I'm going to try and figure out how to extend the header graphic down the sides without it looking really bizarre. :)
