Manna Bread and Sandwich attempts

I made manna bread. Mostly followed this recipe but used flax seeds instead of sunflower seeds because I forgot to soak.

Thanks. I was thinking that too when I saw the pictures, I think it has a lot to do with my husbands fantastic digital camera. I think they may look better in pictures than real life.
The sandwich was pretty good, but very filling. I still have some left, I've been eating it slowly over the past few days.
I'm trying to make 'buns' with the manna bread now. I'm going to try to make a burger. I already have the cheese. I'll post pictures when its composed.
