It's been a week full of news and links, hasn't it? Well, I'd hate to break that pattern, so here's a little more for you.
After a long period of
very publicized problems, it seems Dorchester is done for good. The owner of the publisher, John Backe, has filed a
notice of foreclosure. There's a bit of confusion as to exactly which assets are being sold off, but Agent Kristin Nelson says "the doors were locked, lights out, and the phones disconnected at Dorchester's [offices.]"
Well. Nobody can say they didn't see this coming.
