1 lesser quality:
1 - While I like the colouring and where they have decided to crop the image, the cropping itself has awkwardly chopped her nose which doesn't work for the icon overall.

4 - The overall composition is great, I love how the texture and frame have been incorporated. The lighting works well with the subject and the colouring is great. The warm colours work well with the subject's red dress.

#3 - The background color and text is nice but the cutout is a little too jagged/sharp around the back of her hair.

#4 - I like the composition with the frame but the colouring of her hair and skin and dress doesn't match up - her hair looks too yellow/green and her skin is too desaturated in comparison to the hair and dress and background. Could do with either lowering the saturation on her hair and dress or upping it on her skin to make it work together more.

#3 - The background and gradient used are really lovely, but the icon seems way too blurry especially on her face. Moreover the cutout of her hair is too hard and by smoothing it would have worked better.

03 - I really like the coloring but in my opinion I would have like more sharpening cause the character is a bit too blurry.
