Heya. I just wanted to let you know that this part was great, and brightened up an otherwise really shitty morning. So thanks! I always look forward to reading this story, even though I only found it a little while ago. You are really good at portraying emotions, to the point that even I (who is normally really dense when it comes to that sort of thing) am able to tell what the characters are feeling. Plus you're just a generally amazing writer. I can't wait to see how the whole thing progresses.

I love the way Ripp explained himself to Telesto, and I also love the way that Telesto got it.

My heart just broke for Ripp when he automatically froze up, it makes me want something horrible and nasty to happen to the General.

And I loved the lollipop metaphor, and was way ahead on it being green ;)

I have plotted (and occasionally carried through on) the horrible and nasty several times over ... Is it wrong to hate a sim that badly on site? (Really, first time I saw him in someone else's story I hated him.)
