I would choose Thor if I thought there would be more Loki. :D But it's a very very narrow margin of choice between the three - thor, Iron Man and Captain America - for me. I have to say I don't really care about Antman either way, but I am not against it either. Guardians of the Galaxy looks dumb, I have to say. Not interested. Think they should have turned their current movie making talent to a more desrving subject.
I'm interested in all of them. Ant-Man, because of Edgar Wright's involvement, and Guardians of the Galaxy because WHAT? I presume they have a Plan here, but even I've never read that comic. I think most people would be up to see a Loki-centric film instead.
All the characters I want to see films about Marvel sadly gave to other studios (before they started making films, I guess). When i say 'see films' I mean well cast good films. :D Characters like Bullseye. ^__^ Well, my dream would be a Dark Avengers movie, but it'll never happen - too many of the characters 'belong' to another hero's 'cast' (like Norman/Spiderman or Bullseye/Daredevil), and it would be a difficult story to explain to a general audience anyway, without a lot of set up.
AntMan is just not on my radar at all as a character, so i have no idea what to make of that. :)
Ant Man wouldn't be my first choice either, but I like the creative team so far. I guess everything else Marvel has done has worked out so far.
My favourites were always the X-Men, and of those I liked Gen X (initial run), Excalibur (Warren Ellis) and X-Factor (treacherous Havok era) the best. But I found X-Men First Class to be somewhat meh. I also really liked Deadpool, although only when Joe Kelly was on the title, but the humour was always up-to-date and probably couldn't be funnelled into a movie.
I really want to see the Winter Soldier storyline but although I love that kind of storyline, it's still Captain America. And as for Thor, I want to see more Loki. In the end, I had to choose Iron Man, since I can't resist Tony Stark's one-liners.
