Sunday, I went to Jump Festa and saw Kusao Takeshi and Takemoto Eiji for a Sengoku Musou stage event. They read some lines (catchphrases?) from a recent CD and sounded good, although strikingly different from their speaking voices ( Read more... )

Man, you really sound like you're having an amazing time in Japan, bad moments aside ^_^ What program are you doing? I'm kinda interested in doing a teaching aid thing after college... I think it's called the JET program?

I definitely have an exciting life... on paper. :) I'm just a regular ALT working for a dispatch company that assigns me schools at which to teach. The JET program is well-known, respected and competitive. If you can get in with them, do it.

It was pretty expensive though... not sure it's worth the trip *just* for that. In any case, it's somewhere on Setagaya Doori from the ManekiNeko Temple.
