e hindi ko naman sinusubukang mag-lose ng weight di ba? :p wala akong balak magpakagutom. goal ko lang is to cut back on meat and to eat more grains and vegetables :)

You don't need a diet..ano ka ba?

First of all, you are in UP -- in Bio, no less. Napaka-demanding ng isked mo. Even if you can pull it off, manghihina ka nga niyan.

Dahan dahan lang, Yun-Harla. :P

not "diet" as in trying to lose weight. "diet" as in what I eat. New Year's resolution was to eat healthy, hence less meat all around. ang mali ko is that I didn't eat enough of the right stuff kaya lagi akong gutom :p will be fixing that in the next few days

Uy saan? ^-^ at bakit mas mahal ang veggies? hmph. isn't meat supposed to be more expensive because livestock consume more resources?

Uy saan? ^-^

believe it or not, maraming mga stalls sa casaa, sc, and even the karinderias have veggie options that actually won't make you wish you were never born. it's just a matter of finding them. try mo rin hanapin yung mga food booths na sumusulpot along acad oval or near the dorms/departments pag may event sila, usually may Indian food booth dun, and Indian food usually means veggie food that's awesome. Middle-East cuisine also has great options.

at bakit mas mahal ang veggies? hmph. isn't meat supposed to be more expensive because livestock consume more resources?yes, but you can't fight the laws of supply and demand. people demand more meat, therefore there is a greater supply available to us, while most veggies are usually relegated to the fate of a side dish ( ... )
