The next track, C-7 said the kid still yelled at him ( Read more... )

Good for you to at least stand up for your kid. Being bullied is serious business. Though the lying bit... Yeah....

I figured it was more important to know I would stick up for him than it was that some innocent bystander got a dose of 'angry mom'.

And really, he wasn't fully innocent either... if he had yelled bullying type things to him (called him names, etc), it could still do some damage. And you're right. If anything, the kid just knows to never pick on your kid again.

I don't know what brings about these spontaneous confessions, it's not like I give him evil eye or pretend I know he did something just to see what pops up.

Wow. Errrrrr... awkward.

Though... even if C-7 cut in line, that other kid should not be putting his hands on him anyway. So you shouldn't feel too bad for saying something to the little delinquent. lol...

Maybe seeing you stand up for him will teach him a lesson from all of this. You stuck your ass out for him and it was because he made something up. So maybe he'll think twice next time.

Kids... always keeping it lively, aren't they?

Yeah, I don't even feel bad. I laughed when he told me.

See what a great job I'm doing?

It happens. I think I would have done the same thing.

I think sometimes Nic magnifies stuff that happens to him so I can be "Savior Mom."
