It had been the third night of several hours of sleep at once. The third night of just small sounds to let it be known that there was food needed, instead of nights that seemed to have been broken into pieces smaller than hours

Rebecca woke up gently, the sound of Henry's voice washing over her. She smiled because for the first time in about a millenia it felt like, no one was screaming. She rolled over and blinked open sleepy eyes.
"Morning, love." She murmured and then realised. "Oh god it's actually morning? Did you get up to feed the girls in the night? I don't remember getting up. Was there milk in the fridge? I can't remember if I expressed last night." Okay maybe she was panicking a little bit.
"Calm down, becs. I've got everything under control. Sounds like they're entertaining each other." He kissed her forehead. "I've got tea, I went out to feed them, but it was quick and sleepily and everybody dropped off straight afterwards. I barely managed to reach the bed myself."
"Relax, we always have two days back up, remember? We're back up people."
Rebecca did as she was told and relaxed. It wasn't that hard, she was exhausted. "'kay." She said and smiled up at him. "Does that mean you're coming back to bed?"
"I don't know if we have that much time, they will start properly waking up soon and want to be fed. And now that you're awake, I rather have you doing that. " He sat down next to her. "I was in the bed for like ninety percent of the past night, though. That's huge."

He sat down next to her. "I was in the bed for like ninety percent of the past night, though. That's huge."
